The latest flagships from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge is now available in the Indian market from today as promised by the company in its official launch in the country.
The two devices are available at a price of Rs. 48,900 ($733) and Rs. 56,900 ($855) from local stores, and through Samsung’s online store and through retailer Flipkart. It is expected that other online retailers like Amazon will start selling the S7 and S7 edge in India in the coming weeks.
The Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge feature 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED displays, a 12-megapixel rear camera with Dual Pixel technology, a 5-megapixel front shooter, fingerprint sensors, an Exynos 8890 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and 3,000 and 3,600 mAh batteries.
The Indian variants have a hybrid SIM slot and is available in gold, silver or black and both phones run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
